We have developed this privacy Policy because we want you to feel confident about the privacy and security of your personal details when you visit or use the kbb.ie website. We will not send you any information unless you have requested it, or unless someone, who we will identify, has requested that we pass that information on to you. We do not share your details to any third party for email or marketing purposes.
Kerry Broadband Ltd is registered as a Data Controller and all handling and processing of your personal data is strictly in accordance with the data protection principles contained in the General Data Protection Regulation rules of 25 May 2018
Any servers used for the purpose of data collection are located in a secure data centre facility and any access to your personal data is strictly controlled and limited only to persons who are authorised and have appropriate security clearance to access the servers.
What information do we collect:
We collect and keep only the information that you provide us when completing our Terms & Conditions such as name, address, telephone numbers, email address, IP address, Eircode and IBAN number.
How we use your information:
Your personal information is used to verify your identity, to protect against fraud, and to send you relevant information e.g. service notifications, billing updates or notifications regarding your usage. Kerry Broadband Ltd does not share your information with any third party.
